Pascale Senellart, CNRS research director, associate professor at Ecole Polytechnique and co-founder and scientific advisor of the company Quandela. Her team at the Centre for Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies (C2N - CNRS/Université Paris-Saclay) studies semiconductor devices emitting single photons for quantum technologies. Dr. Senellart has received several awards including the CNRS silver medal (2014) and the Mergier-Bourdeix award of the French Science Academy (2021). In 2017, Pascale Senellart co-founded the start-up Quandela that develops an optical quantum computer. P. Senellart was head of Quantum, the center for Quantum Sciences and Technologies in Paris Saclay from 2019 to 2021.
